The 29-year-old actress has been dating 22-year-old business heir Egor Tarabasov for about six months, a source confirms to E! News.
The Mean Girls star first sparked rumors of a brewing romance when she shared a shirtless chin-down photo of a man smiling in a suit jacket and pants, his abs on full display.
"I love him," the star captioned the mysterious black and white shot.
The real estate mogul appeared on Lohan's account two weeks earlier when the actress shared a selfie with Tarabasov leaning into her shoulder.
The businessman reportedly lives and works in London, where the actress has been keeping a low profile out of the spotlight since her probation officially ended in May 2015.
Free from her past legal constraints and in the midst of a burgeoning relationship with a Russian hunk, it seems life can't get much better for Lohan, who also is slated to appear in a full-length feature film after years off the silver screen.
"My first day on my new film!!!! Will be sending a sneak peak of my character this week #theshadowwithin," the actress wrote of her latest project while sporting a bright lip and seemingly damp hair in a selfie shared in November.
"Hard at work" she tweeted Wednesday.
The Shadow Within is slated for release this year. Will Tarabasov be her red carpet date? We're crossing our fingers.
