Mark Ronson and Bruno Mars just took home a major honor!

The "Uptown Funk" collaborators won the Grammy award for Record of the Year, which was presented by the one and only Beyonce.

"I just want to thank these guys for being some of the greatest, musicians and performers around," Ronson said during his acceptance speech. "I see George Clinton over there, a man who has done more for the word funk that we could ever hope to dream of in our entire lives. So I want to thank James Brown, George Clinton...Prince, Earth Wind and Fire of course."

"Thank you guys so much," Mars added on stage. "This is dedicated to the fans."

Ronson and Mars' hit "Uptown Funk" beat out other nominees D'Angelo and The Vanguard's "Really Love," Ed Sheeran's "Thinking Out Loud," Taylor Swift's "Blank Space" and The Weeknd's "Can't Feel My Face" for Record of the Year. After the show, Ronson celebrated with pals, including Florence Welch, Lady Gaga and more, at his private Elyx after party.

Record of the Year, one of the most coveted trophies of the night, is awarded to the artist, producers and the recording engineers and mixers of a particular song. It differs from the Song of the Year award in that only the songwriters are recognized for Song of the Year.

Last year, the Record of the Year award went to Sam Smith for his ubiquitous hit "Stay With Me" (Smith took home a whopping four awards that night). Other artists who were nominated in this category last year included Iggy Azalea for "Fancy," Meghan Trainor for "All About That Bass," Taylor Swift for "Shake It Off" and Sia for "Chandelier."

"Uptown Funk" also won Best Pop Duo/Group Performance and Best Remixed Recording, Non-Classical at tonight's Grammys. Congrats, guys!
