Must See TV lives again on Sunday, Feb. 21 on NBC. The casts of Friends, Fasier, Taxi, Will & Grace, The Big Bang Theory and more are coming together to honor TV director James Burrows for Must See TV: A Tribute to James Burrows. Burrows made his directorial debut with an episode of The Mary Tyler Moore Show and went on to work on Taxi, Cheers, Frasier, Will & Grace, Mike & Molly, Two and a Half Men and currently NBC's Crowded, among other shows.
"There is nobody with better TV comedy instincts than Jimmy Burrows, and because of his guiding hand these remarkable shows will be forever celebrated and stand the test of time," Paul Telegdy, president of alternative and late night programming at NBC Entertainment, said in statement. "The caliber of talent joining us to celebrate Jimmy's accomplishments is a testament to his imprint in television history."
Burrows recently directed his 1,000th TV episode, an episode of NBC's upcoming series Crowded starring Carrie Preston and Patrick Warburton.
We already knew the cast of Friends—Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, Matt LeBlanc, David Schwimmer and Matthew Perry—was reuniting for Burrows (sans Perry, who will appear in a pre-taped message) and here's the official lineup (as of now, more attendees are expected to be confirmed).

Talk about a talent list! Other stars scheduled to appear include JB Smoove, Jason Bateman, Valerie Bertinelli, Kate Flannery and Will Arnett. Bob Newhart will participate in a pre-taped segment. Earlier Hayes, who is executive producing the special, said the casts of Mary Tyler Moore and The Bob Newhart Show would be on hand as well.
The special will tape later this month and air on NBC on Sunday, Feb. 21 from 9-11 p.m.
(E! and NBC are both part of the NBCUniversal family.)
