Leave it Carrie Underwood and Miranda Lambert to command the best dressed pack.

This year as most others, the leading country music ladies dominated the CMA Awards red carpet with their show-stopping designs. And for Carrie that meant a particularly elegant coral Gauri+Nainika gown with a plunging neckline and peplum detail, which was just the first of many, many wardrobe changes for the evening's co-host. As for Miranda, the newly single star's hot breakover style continued with a sleek and strappy black Versace gown. Oh, and then there was her majorly awkward Gwen Stefani-esque hair color.

Props go out to Kellie Pickler as well, who in no way underwhelmed in a regal Rubin Singer confection with a sharp V-neckline. Hannah Davis was there to turn up the heat as well, flaunting cleavage and thigh in a cream draped dress (also note that massive sparkling engagement ring). And Jennifer Nettles—oh, my! The 41-year-old schooled the CMA Awards crowd in a gorgeous dusty rose number with a sexy illusion-paneled, embroidered bodice.

On the flip side, there were some straight up fashion flops tonight.

First up, a little advice for Ashley Monroe: While pleats and monochromatic palettes are always in, it may be best to just pick one or the other, as this just came of as matronly. And while it pains us to put RaeLynn on this list, we'll give her this: From the waist-up, this red-orange gown was lovely. But from the bottom-down, the hemline on this dress was funky at best, and those strappy black sandals were not the ideal shoe choice.

Careful, Camaron "Cam" Ochs—those yellow textured embellishments looked more like a few bunches of bananas. As for Meghan Linsey, this dress was way too much with the sparkling bodice, the velvet mermaid skirt and the ample cleavage, while Kimberly Schlapman went overboard with the oversized ruffles.

Alright, y'all—what'd you think of the 2015 CMA Awards red carpet display? Sound off below!
