Baby No. 3 is on her way!

Pregnant Kristin Cavallari and her growing baby bump stun on the cover of American Baby for the December/January issue as the beautiful star and her family await the impending arrival of their baby girl.

Cavallari's third child will be the first daughter for her and quarterback hubby Jay Cutler, and although the pair make it look easy, juggling a marriage and soon-to-be three kids can obviously have it's obstacles—which is why Cavallari openly admits that she and Cutler go to therapy to make sure their relationship is always on the right track.

"I'm not ashamed to say that Jay and I consistently go to therapy, because it's been extremely beneficial for our relationship. For example, when you're fighting you should never place blame on your partner by saying, ‘you do this' or ‘you do that.' You should say how those actions make you feel. It goes a long way."

Aside from just being plain excited to have a baby girl, the 28-year-old also believes that having a sister will help sons, Camden Cutler, 2, and Jaxon Cutler, 17 months, "better understand" women.

"She's going to steal Jay's heart, which will in turn melt mine!" she tells the mag. "I'm excited for the boys to grow up with a sister. I think it will help them to better understand and respect women."

And then, of course, there's shopping for a little girl. "Stuart Weitzman makes the cutest baby-girl shoes! I am excited to make some girly purchases. But we've been lucky and have been able to use the same Restoration Hardware crib for all three kids."

But at some point, Kristin and Jay may pack up and take their family down south. The Chicago-based brood have decided that once Cutler retires, they're going to uproot to Nashville, where they got married. "Jay went to school there, and I fell in love with it the first time I went," she says. "It's beautiful, and the people are genuinely nice."

However, for now, Cavallari is just excited to add another bundle of joy to her youngsters, who each hold a special place in mama's heart.

"Every child is completely different. My two boys are opposites. Camden was such an easy baby. Jaxon is more of our rebel wild child, but he's also a mama's boy. Our little girl will have her own personality. I know I can't change who they are. It's important to let kids be themselves and to let them make mistakes. Self-discovery goes a long way."
