Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen were photographed leaving an office building in NYC on Monday, marking the first time the couple have been photographed since late June. The sighting comes amid reports claiming the good-looking duo's marriage is in trouble in the wake of the quarterback's alleged role in the Deflategate scandal.
Both Bündchen and Brady were dressed casually for the occasion, and neither cracked a smile as they entered the vehicle waiting outside, although they appeared to put on a united front as they strolled by the photogs.
Earlier on Monday, Brady appeared in a federal court as part of the ongoing Deflategate case. The New England Patriots' quarterback filed a lawsuit against the NFL to overturn the four-game suspension—a punishment handed down by NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell due to his alleged role in the scandal.
Gisele, meanwhile, was also spotted out and about in NYC over the weekend amid speculation that she recently went under the knife.
As for the latest on their marriage?
A source told People last week that the couple, who wed in 2009 and have two children together, have been going through a rocky period.
"There have been a lot of stresses in their marriage in the last year, especially during football season," says a source close to Brady, adding that he can be "nasty and cold" when engrossed in his own problems. "Tom is singularly focused on his career and sometimes Gisele feels left out. There have been arguments."
However, a source close to the supermodel denied the divorce reports to People, saying, "They are living their life, and they're doing great."
