So how does Nick Cannon feel about seeing his ex-lady Mariah Carey with new beau James Packer?
While watching your ex move on can sometimes be incredibly annoying, and some of you are probably secretly hoping there's major drama here (don't lie!), neither of these scenarios seem to be the case with this former celeb couple.
E! News has exclusively learned that Cannon is actually very happy to see Carey moving forward in her romantic life and enjoying the company of Packer.
"Nick and Mariah are on better terms these days. Mariah is in really good spirits and there has not been arguments with them for sometime now," a source exclusively tells us. "Nick is doing really well in his personal life and he just wants Mariah to be happy. He feels as long as his kids are in good hands, he will support any decision Mariah makes."
The insider adds, "Mariah will always be in Nick's life that will never change. It makes Nick happy that Mariah is in a great place in her life between work and love. He will always love her and support her know matter what happen between their relationship in the past."

Mariah has been spending a lot of time with Packer lately, and most recently was spotted lounging around in her bikini while taking in the sights on a yacht today in Ibiza, Spain. The singer was joined by her boyfriend and her kids Moroccan and Monroe, as well as a few pals.
And while their relationship seems to be getting serious very quickly, another source close to the two says it's still too soon to know if tying the knot is in the cards.
"They are not talking marriage…She's enjoying his company…This trip is a chance for her to really get to know him." The insider added, however, that "she's having a lot of fun being courted!"
