Kim Richards is opening up about her headline-making arrest.

On the heels of the news that the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star has entered a rehab facility—less than two weeks after being arrested and later charged with public intoxication, trespassing, resisting an officer and battery on a police officer—the latest clip for the reality star's forthcoming interview with Dr. Phil has been released, and it sheds further light on the events leading up to Richards' run-in with police.

"I started to drive home and it was about when I hit the [Beverly Hills] hotel that I started to feel it, so I pulled in because I'm comfortable there, I've been going there since I was a little girl," the 50-year-old mother of four tells Dr. Phil in the video (Richards was arrested on April 16 after allegedly making a scene at the Beverly Hills Hotel's famed Polo Lounge).

Asked if she ordered a drink when she arrived, the Bravo star replied, "I did not. The bar was closed, it was empty. It was just us."

"I do know when he mentioned the word trespassing," she continued, explaining how the waiter told her, "If you don't leave then we're going to call police for trespassing."

In a previous promo for the upcoming sit-down, Richards admits to pouring a drink of vodka at her daughter's home. "I poured a drink of vodka, and I thought, ‘Oh my God, what have I done?'" And in the latest promo, she also estimates her alcohol intake, revealing she drank approximately a two-inch pour (the former child star is seen storming out of the interview in a video released last week when she thinks she's part of an intervention).

While the clip cuts off before Kim can respond when Dr. Phil asks "were you loud, were you obnoxious were you crazy?" the accompanying press release provides a few additional quotes—and even touches on Richards' relationship with co-star Brandi Glanville

"This is the best thing that could have happened," Richards daughter Brooke says of her mother's arrest while son Chad adds of Glanville, whose relationship with Kim became a storyline on the RHOBH's fifth season, "she's toxic."

Kim, meanwhile, continues to restate her commitment to her sobriety. "I have been sober. I haven't been working a program," she admits. "Living through this season on the show, sometimes it's hard enough to get through it. The fans are very hard on me, and I went on Twitter to see what people were saying and it was just horrible."

The exclusive interview is set to air Tuesday, April 28.
