Still figuring out how you're going to celebrate New Year's this year? It may be a few weeks away, but we're here to help you plan the perfect way to pre-game any celebration!

E! Online can exclusively reveal that MTV's newest star, Victoria Justice, is teaming up with Guy Code's Charlamagne to ring in 2015 in style.

The network is throwing an hour-long New Year's Eve special, MTV's New Year's Eve 2015, hosted by the Eye Candy star along with additional Girl/Guy Code cast members.

Coming to you live from Times Square, the special kicks off on Wednesday, Dec. 31 at 11 p.m. and will feature live updates from Justice and Charlamagne smack dab in the center of the world's biggest New Year's celebration.

And this isn't your run-of-the-mill special either. The hilarious comedians from MTV's hit shows Girl Code and Guy Code will offer up their unique brand of humor on why 2014 was an unforgettable year.

"I can't wait to host the MTV New Year's Eve special live with Charlamagne," Justice said. "The Times Square ball drop is iconic and I'm so excited to ring in 2015 with MTV and all the fans."

MTV's pre-game special (meaning you can catch the special while you get ready to head on out to whatever party, concert or get together you'll be at when the clock strikes midnight!) will include Carly Aquilino, Andrew Schulz, Damien Lemon and more guest stars who will discuss the year's most memorable moments, trends, scandals and relationships which made 2014 the unofficial "year of the butt." The special will also feature a sneak peek of MTV's new series Broke A$$ Game Show.

"I can't believe I'm hosting MTV's New Year's special for the second straight year," Charlamagne said. "I used to watch New Year's Eve specials on TV and say I would never go out there unless I was working and now it's become a new home. Is this how you become a Times Square New Year's staple? I hope so! Thank you to my MTV family for the opportunity, we're going to have some fun on December 31."

Catch all the action when MTV's New Year's Eve 2015 airs Wednesday, Dec. 31 at 11 p.m. on MTV.
