The boys will be back for season four! Emmy-nominated Million Dollar Listing New York promises more high-powered drama, bigger multimillion-dollar deals and crazier, larger-than life-clients. Sadly, you'll have to wait until summer 2015 to watch.

For now, we were able to get intimate with the youngest broker from the show, Luis D. Ortiz, and tour his brand-new Chelsea bachelor pad. Ortiz, 27, dubbed one of the "hottest elegible bachelors in New York" hasn't found true love just yet, but he has found the perfect new address that reflects his sophisticated, grown-up approach to interior design.

His Abington House residence is just the right balance between masculine and feminine interior design combining earth tones, rustic furniture and subtle nuances to his Puerto Rican heritage. Here's what Luis had to say...

What do you love most about living in New York City?
The speed, the fire and the fact that everybody comes here to make something out of themselves, not just to survive.

How would you describe your new bachelor pad?
My home at Abington House is sophisticated, warm and welcoming. It's contemporary with old-world charm and a nice reflection of my character and aspirations.

Is there a furniture designer or design store that you're obsessed with?
I love the interior design work that Clodagh has done at Abington House and, of course, Quadra, who I have worked with since day one.

Simple pleasures?
One of my greatest pleasures in life is to sit at my desk, look out at the city that surrounds and inspires me, and just write.

What is the most common interior design mistake you see all the time?
I see people forget the importance of simplicity. Let the personalities own the home, not the clutter.

Favorite color of the moment?
Dark brown.

Five interior design tips that won't break the bank?
1. Buy a round table where you can entertain your friends, family and even a date. A lot of bachelors spend their time on the living room couch, don't be one of them.
2. Assemble a framed collage wall with a mix of photos or objects that you love. It is inexpensive and will pay back dividends as a conversational piece.
3. Create a quiet moment corner. All you need is a chair, a table and a lamp.
4. Purchase a décor piece that tells a story. It could be a vintage type writer or an antique camera.
5. Stack books together that describe who you are, even if it's just in the title.

What should fans expect to see from you on the next season?
Next season gets really personal with me. You will see a more grown-up version and the sacrifices I've made to become successful. Leaving my family behind in Puerto Rico, dating, etc.

Funniest moment so far while you've been filming?
Dressing like a leprechaun on St. Patrick's Day!

Craziest cast member?
Fredrik
, definitely Fredrik. Who else is high-kicking like a dinosaur on a Tuesday afternoon?

The sexiest quality in a person is?
Knowing exactly who they are.

We'll never catch you wearing?
Gym clothes.

Biggest pet peeve?
Excuses.

I'm totally a fan of...
Driving fast, even though it's not a good idea!
