It doesn't get much more cool and easy breezy than FLOTUS in a topknot.

Seriously, if you looked up "summertime" in the dictionary, you'd see this picture of Michelle Obama in a bright yellow sundress and a chic updo.

The first fady looked positively radiant in a gorgeous neon yellow chiffon dress by Prabal Gurung during the United States-Africa summit dinner Tuesday night.

Obama is a known fan of the Nepalese designer, and we adore this vibrant and effortless look on her. She also often favors bright, bold colors—and this shade of electric lemon yellow? Perfection.

The halter-style dress fell just below her knees and she accessorized her frock with metallic kitten heels, gold statement earrings and an impressive stack of bangles.

As if this getup weren't festive enough, FLOTUS sported a high topknot. Michelle Obama isn't a stranger to trying trendy hairstyles (bangs, bobs, highlights), but we think we may love this new look on her most of all.

What do you think of the first lady's summery look?
