Michelle Rodriguez seems to be turning over a new leaf, so she did what almost every woman does in a similar situation—she changed her hair.

The Fast & Furious actress debuted a new look on her Instagram page earlier today, revealing that Rodriguez decided to get banged (meaning, she got bangs. Get your mind outta the gutter!). She paired the selfie showing off her new tresses with a somewhat cryptic caption.

"Finally got my hair bid. New Look New Life New Vibe washed yesterday right out of my hair looking forward baby," Rodriguez wrote. What was so bad about yesterday?!

Anyway, continuing with her onward and upward attitude, the brunette babe responded to a Twitter user who posted a motivational quote by Rodriguez on the social media website.

The fan wrote, "This is 1 of the best things you've ever said @MRodOfficial and that's exactly what I do every single day of my life!" and included a photo of Rodriguez's quote which read, "When I know that I'm following my heart in whatever it is that I'm doing...I found my peace because at least I know it's coming from me, it's genuine, it's real."

The star responded with, "Thank you I think it's a good thing to stand by your heart and trust it with everything you got. Although it did take a long time after being hurt by the world to hear my heart. But now it speaks to me and I listen lol;)"

Rodriguez has been hanging out a lot with stud Zac Efron in recent months. "They aren't dating per se, but I'm sure once they see each other again they might be all over each other again," a source told E! News, labeling their relationship as a "summer fling."

"Zac likes the fact that she is laid-back and he can relate to her," the source continued. "He is attracted to her great attitude. They understand one another."
