We may have to officially retire the phrase "fighting like cats and dogs."

Because if we've learned one thing from all the coo-ing and aww-ing we've done over the many dog and cat friends we've discovered on the Internet (and trust us, there has been a lot of coo-ing and so much aww-ing), it's that they're not enemies—they're just misunderstood

And they're definitely not fighting. It's a lie, people!

Just look at these two: 11-week-old ocelot kitten Santos and his best buddy Blakely the dog!

Santos the ocelot (sometimes referred to as a "dwarf leopard") was born at the Cincinnati Zoo, but had to be removed from his mother because she couldn't produce milk to feed him. Blakely lives in the nursery and acts as a companion to all sorts of baby animals.

Zoo reps say the two "spend time together almost every day."

Just look at this face:

And here's a video of one of their playdates:

(Now for the sad news: This is their last playdate. The zoo says Santos had "one last play session with Blakely before leaving the zoo nursery for the Cat Ambassador Program." But don't let that ruin the cuteness of the post! Focus on the cuteness! Scroll up, look at that face!)
