And judging by her latest Instagrams photos the Pretty Little Liars star has left several inches of her long tresses on the salon floor.
Sure, it's not as shocking as Pamela Anderson's pixie, but being that the ABC Family star has always had enviable long locks it is definitely a surprising change.
The 26-year-old turned to Daven Mayeda for the haircut (he appears in her photo). The celeb stylist added sassy volumous curls to the 'do instead of going for a sleek debut like Natalie Portman did last week.
The following day, the waves appeared to still be intact as the actress shared the obligatory "Short hair don't care…" post which featured a collage that showed off four different views of the cut.
